1. Accepting these terms
By downloading Kelime Ağı, creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. As the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also forms part of these terms. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and Apple’s minimum requirements apply.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in details and the activity on your account. If you are below the applicable age of digital consent, you may use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Guest mode may offer a limited experience stored on your device. Changing devices, deleting the app or clearing local data may result in the loss of guest progress.
3. Licence to use the app
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use Kelime Ağı for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold.
4. Fair play and acceptable behaviour
When using the app, you must not:
- Harass, threaten, mislead or direct hate speech at other players;
- Use cheats, bots, unauthorised automation, exploits or tools that give you an unfair advantage;
- Reverse-engineer the app, bypass security measures or interfere with the service;
- Share names, messages or content that infringe someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights, or violate applicable law;
- Sell, transfer or trade accounts, virtual items or access rights without permission.
5. Player content and moderation
You are responsible for your display name, messages, reactions, report details and similar content. You grant us the right to host, reproduce and transmit this content only as needed to operate the service, display it to other players, maintain security and moderate content.
We may remove content that breaks the rules, restrict communication features, invalidate games or suspend accounts temporarily or permanently. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, please contact us through the developer support channel on the App Store.
6. Diamonds, virtual items and rewards
Diamonds, themes, hints, in-game tools and other virtual items can only be used within the app. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Their names, functions, availability or quantities may change for game balance or technical reasons.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store. Prices, taxes, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms. You can manage your subscriptions in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. Online services and changes
Online games depend on an internet connection, third-party infrastructure, maintenance and other players being available. We cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features for security, performance, game balance or legal reasons.
9. Intellectual property
The Kelime Ağı name, design, software, images, sounds and other original elements belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights beyond the limited licence expressly granted to you.
10. Third-party services
The app may work with or link to third-party services such as Apple, Google and Firebase. The availability and practices of those services are governed by their providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
11. Limits of liability
The app is provided ‘as is’ to the extent permitted by applicable law. Liability for indirect losses, data loss or third-party conduct is limited to the extent the law allows. This provision does not remove any consumer rights that cannot be waived, including those relating to negligence, defective services or other grounds.
12. Termination, applicable law and changes
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or pose a security risk to the service. You may also stop using the app and delete your account.
The mandatory consumer protections and remedies available in your country of residence remain unaffected. We may update these terms from time to time and will announce significant changes in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
